[Ardour-Users] Audio files imported with an extra gap that doesn't exist on disk

After a bit more playing around, and reopening the project, now I have this same track *displaying* with the correct metrical alignment, but *playing* incorrectly.

How do I fix this? As far as I can see at the moment, this project is ruined.
