I agree.  if your workflow had been edit mix edit edit mix edit mix 
mix...  and you undo back to the first edit then you've trashed your 
mixer settings.  i much prefer no mixer undo than have it bound to edit 
undo.  also, especially if a mix sounds really good, make a snapshot.  2c.
