[Ardour-Users] midi playback channels

If you set multiple channels for output, but choose "fixed channel", then
only the first one will be used. Actually, the GUI prevents you from doing
this while *in* fixed channel mode, but if you had multiple channels
already selected for some other channel mode, then just the first one will
be selected. You should get the behaviour you want by selecting a specific,
different channel for each track (playback)
