Hi Giorgio,

IIRC I'm still on 2.8.9, but I've been using this workflow since 2.8.6 (OSX 10.5 & 10.6 mostly, but I spent some time using it under 64studio 2.1) -- I watched a friend of mine doing the same thing with protools, then checked to see if I could do it w/ Ardour ;)  Also, as I mentioned before, I'm not positive that you can switch playlists for an entire group if you made the group after the playlists -- as I have never tried going in that order.  Someone who codes for the project could probably tell you if that's the case -- and if so, why.  I imagine the playlists would have to have exactly the same name, at least.
