While it is definitely good that individuals advertise their help, the Linux 
Audio User mailing list (short lau, 
http://lists.linuxaudio.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-audio-user ) is probably a 
better place to ask simple questions because there is more collective 
knowledge in there...
