hi, since i am using ardour99.2 and jack100.0 i am able to:

1. save the session

2. stop jack via qjackctl

3. start jack again

4. reconnect ardour

with the earlier versions i also had to restart ardour!

now, sometimes i have to reconnect all the tracks again, sometimes they 
stay connected.

it works good for me this way.
