OK. Please let me know when you have something for me to try out. I
have no idea yet how to monitor xruns on OS X and would like to watch
over that. I'm also unclear what parameters Ardour is using when it
starts Jack on it's own.

No problems really. Just learning the new environment.

What about VSTs on OS X? Are they supported somehow? (No VSTi's inside
of Ardour yet, right?) Can I run a VSTi in some OS X app and tie the
audio into a track through Jackosx?
