[ardour-users] NooB with glib-config and glib version errors

Unless your hell bent on compiling, which I also have much head pain
trying to compile on MDK 10.0, make full use of URPMI....go to THAC's
RPMS! http://rpm.nyvalls.se and Enjoy!  All the info a MDK user needs is
there and ALL of the cool Linux Audio apps are there in RPM format but
best is setting up his server in URPMI along with a "Contrib" server or
2. Takes care of all those nasty lil' dependencies that also make my
head hurt with RPM's. 

Specifically on Ardour, the last CVS build I used from Thac's had some
problems when using LADSPA plugins...would crash when trying to edit
plugin settings. I reverted back to beta 11.2 from rpmfind.net or
rpm.pbone.net which was fairly stable for my needs.
