[ardour-users] crashes when moving or deleting first meter or tempo markers

Oh well, I was wrong.  Once you edit the value of the initial
markers, they get set to movable=yes automatically.  So the bug
still needs to be fixed (although editing the session file as
above can still prevent some accidents).
