[ardour-users] crashes when moving or deleting first meter or tempo markers

This only occurs in older sessions.  New sessions created with latest ardour properly 
set the state of the initial tempo and meter markers to be unmovable, and undeletable.

To fix this in older sessions, edit the session's .ardour file and look for the <TempoMap> 
section near the bottom.  Change the attribute for the first tempo and meter nodes from 
movable="yes" to movable="no".
