[Ardour-Dev] Bad visual feedback for KORG nanoKONTROL 2

Just to try to be as clear as possible:

the generic MIDI code used by binding maps (and by dynamically learned
bindings) it not capable of doing what you want.

there's a reason why we have dedicated control code for thing like mackie
control devices, the push 2, the faderport 8 and so on.
