Testing it for myself is exactly _why_ I say that advice is wrong.

Sigh.  It doesn't move into non-existent tracks apparently.  I'll need a
bit more time to give a feedback about this one.

That's what I did at first but I was advised against it.  It also had
drawbacks (don't remember right now what they were).  The nanoKONTROL
can operate in a number of modes with slight differences.  I might take
another look.
