to use your word, yes i do think the options i listed above are somewhat
idiotic (as in, not considering all the facts or the obvious
disadvantages). so what? i have publicly made very questionable
statements in the past. that doesn't make you or me an idiot (as in: a
person incapable of anything but idiotic stuff). sorry if my choice of
words makes it seem like a personal attack, it was not intended as such.

there are many many very good reasons to buy a ticket for LAC 2009, but
getting into a pissing contest with yours truly is certainly not worth
the expense. but if you do make it to LAC, let's get together for a beer
and find out we're actually on the same side... (the last time i got
into a real flamefest on LAD, when we opponents finally met at the LAC,
we found we were getting along just fine. might work again.)
