[ardour-dev] latest SVN commit: disable & A/B plugins

per-redirect box context menu now has: 

	disable all plugins
	A/B plugins

this last item turns off all enabled plugins, then turns them back on
the next time it is used. it doesn't allow you to compare different
plugin settings, but does let you check the sound of the track with and
without the currently enabled plugins

the Options->Plugins menu (new) contains the same options for *all*
tracks/busses, allowing this to be done at a global level. note that
"disable all plugins" is not undoable at this time - its more like a
panic button.

the global A/B plugins is bound to Ctrl-Alt-p by default.
