I've started working on it, but... I believe it will take longer than
probably acceptable :( maybe it will take another week or two... and as
Christophe Combelles noticed, it would be of best value to know which
strings will ever appear on the GUI, 'coz those are the ones to get
ready first for -rc2, better that than nothing.

Meanwhile, I've found that gtkmm2ext/po/pt_PT.po was also missing and
being rather a minimal effort I've completed it too :)
