   * added snap-to SMPTE Seconds, SMPTE Frames, SMPTE Minutes, Seconds
      and Minutes
   * offer "SR mismatch" dialog for D-n-D sndfiles 
   * region sync points are now fixed locations in the source file(s),
       not the region
   * region sync marks are larger
   * fix for major bug with capture that could not handle 
       any situation in which data to be captured need
       to wrapped around in the circular buffer that its
       held in before being sent to disk.
   * auto-punch in/out now works correctly and is totally
       sample-accurate
   * fix nasty crashing bug when cutting a range that fully enclosed
       a region
