[ardour-dev] impending feature freeze

This is just a reminder that once 0.9beta12 is released, Ardour will
enter "feature freeze". This means that no new features will be
accepted or considered unless they are required to fix bugs already
reported to Mantis (or present in the deprecated TODO file). In
addition, (my) willingness to work on newly reported Mantis bugs will
decrease.

Since 0.9beta12 will likely be released sometime on Saturday, this
means that anyone who has anything "outstanding" that is not in Mantis
or that has not been discussed on the mailing lists and/or IRC should
act promptly: file a report in Mantis, send an email, as appropriate.
