That explains why every time nautilus switches to a new Gtk version all nautilus plugins are broken in one of the two nautilus versions. Thanks a lot!

But since Gtk plans to do major releases much more frequently in the following years that would make Gtk not the smartest choice for writing anything containing plugins. Except perhaps if the plugins are offered in one flavour per Gtk version...
