Maybe also delete your user's preferences folder:
 %localappdata%\Ardour5\ (usually C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local)
or back that folder up, in case it makes a difference to later check for
differences.

You're the first user reporting this issue where there's "nothing" at
all. There's not very much to go on and without prior experience it
could be "Anything" :)

If re-boot/re-install + reset preferences does not make a difference and
there's still nothing, please run the debug version (from
https://nightly.ardour.org/ -- see also
https://ardour.org/debugging_ardour).
