Are you absolutely certain that this is happening with version 4.4 ?

Hello,

I was working on a session when I decided to do a file cleanup, which
means I would save the session, use the file cleanup function, close
Ardour 4.4, restart it and then empty the waste bin. But when I hit
the clean unused sources function Ardour crashed. Now when I restart
this session it always asks what I want to do with missing files at
which I choose to ignore them.

Many tracks were in solo mode when using this function, if it matters.

See attached screen shot. I believe the tracks shown at right in red
are the missing tracks.

Seemingly nothing that matters was lost, so that's good. I can keep
working with this session and always choose ignore missing files at
startup I guess. Or I can try the clean waste bin function now. Nope,
did not change anything, still asking at startup. Right-clicking on
one of those red tracks (or rather, regions) and choosing to delete
unused regions did remove some, but not all.
