Same with the Oxe FM Synth plugin.  Actually, how do you get the audio
out in this case ?  Selecting the USB MIDI keybaord as for this MIDI
track input is simple, but as output, the only sources there are, are
MIDI sources.  No audio.  It was the same with Calf and probably the
Reasonable synth.  Only the Hive synth go audio automatically out,
somehow.  In the case of the Hive plugin synth, the audio is magically
heard (although I would not know how to record it on an audio track
since the audio outputs do not appear anywhre in Ardour nor qjackctl.
It is a bit maddening - why can't it be simple ?
