Edit > Preferences > Plugins

(though LXVST_PATH is used as initial default to seed the configuration).

Also ardour4 does no longer discover [new] plugins by default on
application. You need to explicitly scan either by pressing "refresh" or
the button in the preference pane (they're equivalent).
