We are never going to do it as Wiki. Ardour has been around for more than a
decade. We've had experience with "manual as wiki" and we are not going
back there.

The manual resides in git already:

              git clone git://git.ardour.org/ardour/manual

Anyone is welcome to clone it, edit it and submit patches. There are
extensive README's and style guides.
