[Ardour-Users] a question

as i scour the internet for my answers, i want to get some answers from 
the community that resides here. i want to know how to record the signal 
from an m-audio delta 1010 audio interface in ardour? i know that ardour 
only pulls audio from the jack audio connection kit and i can use the 
rakarrack guitar effects software to produce my guitar sound. does the 
jack audio connection kit see the signal from the m-audio delta 1010 and 
route it through rakarrack and into ardour to record?
