[Ardour-Users] 3.4 export filenames

The only part of the filename which is mandatory, but would not need
to be so, is the timespan (range) name. I don't remember the exact
reason, but making the inclusion of it automatic was causing problems
(on a code level). It should be doable, and should be fixed.
There is a space in the filename only if the region name has a space.
The region names should probably also be sanitized.
