[Ardour-Users] 3.4 export filenames

I've just been testing Ardour 3.4 (3.4-102-gbea5434 compiled
from git source). There are a lot of improvements since I last
tried it. However, one problem (for me) that remains is the inability
to choose an export filename without an automatically generated
suffix (not to mention the inclusion of a space in the name
which is an inconvenience on a Linux system).

Are there any plans to allow the user to choose the entire export
filename (without any automatic inclusions) in future?
