I'm a subscriber, so I want the full version!
But I've never take care of that before.

I know ardour for a long time, I've donate many times, and I always used
packaged version.

So it's not the same with ardour3, no problem.
But nothing is write about this in synaptic, check it:

So I have to use the binary version from the official website. This
version is always installed in /opt, right?
