[Ardour-Users] A3 Wich Options are settable in a Template

Session properties are defined in the GUI under Session > Properties.

Preferences (shown in the GUI under Edit > Preferences) are all global
across all sessions.

A session template is more or less a *copy* of an existing session but with
all the data (audio or MIDI) removed.
