[Ardour-Users] default MIDI connections

In A3, is there a way to disable new or imported MIDI tracks from 
auto-connecting?

Under Preferences -> Audio there is a connections section but nothing 
comparable under Preferences -> MIDI.

In my opinion, there really is no good default connection for MIDI and 
having to disconnect and reconnect is a bit cumbersome. Given no ability 
to choose, a default state of disconnected seems like the right choice.
