I don't have to remap everytime but I do have to load the map for my nanoKontrol2 in preferences > control surfaces > generic midi everytime.  used to save fine in beta 5.  i filed a bug report for this:http://tracker.ardour.org/view.php?id=5210

I'm having the same problem with the 3.0 binary from the Ardour site.
Once the bindings are made to my BCF it works great, but I have to re-map
them every time I open a session.  So far I've just tried to map the faders,
haven't tried any other controls.
