[Ardour-Users] AFL monitor issues on A3b5

I'm trying to monitor the post-fader signal on muted tracks. All tracks are
routed to master. Here is what I have tried:

Turn on AFL in the monitor controls
Turn solo>mute override on
Mute track
Activate AFL for track

Result - signal in master bus, signal in monitor bus.

Turn solo>mute override off
Mute track
Activate AFL for track

Result - no signal in master bus, no signal in monitor bus.

What I actually need: signal in monitor bus, but no signal in master bus.

It's possible I'm misunderstanding how AFL is actually supposed to work in
A3. Nonetheless, I'd like to know if there is a way to do what I'm trying
to do.

Any ideas?
