yes, sorry...

i had no success with getting toc or cue files from ardour to do

ah great, will look into it. didn't know fink or cdrdao. if you happen 
to have a pointer to installation and/or usage instructions please send 
them along! i'm not so adept with command line, but willing to learn. 
otherwise i'm sure i'll find what i need online...
