It certainly won't work as-is. Its quite likely that it could made to
work. My guess is that uses the USB HID protocol. Code would need to
be written. There is code in 2.0-ongoing for the Powermate which I
think is a vaguely similar device (I could be wrong about that).
However, note the code design for control surfaces is a bit different
in 3.0, so any new work to support this device should probably happen
for that version.
