[Ardour-Users] Will a Contour ShuttleXpress work on Ardour?

I have a Contour ShuttleXpress (
http://retail.contourdesign.com/?/products/22) and it is recognized by Linux
but I have no idea how to make it usable by Ardour. Is it possible? Any
advice about where to start would be helpful. I would like to have it
control the varispeed controls. Is there an app that can turn it into a midi
controller perhaps?

It's a great device for both price and I appreciate that I can drop it in my
bag and take it where ever I go.
