[Ardour-Users] Adobe Audition session files?

We made some recordings in a studio that used Adobe Audition. I have all the files, but, as well as the actual recorded wave files, there are the  .ses  session files as well as some files with the extension .pk .

Can these be used by Ardour, or do I have to figure out all the wav files separately, and import them and position them manually etc. ?
