Yeah well, that's the theory. In practice, adding the right components 
to this very directory is unfortunately neither straight-forward nor 
well documented....
Actually there's lots of documentation about it, but I doubt that anyone 
without practical experiences in debian packaging can understand it (or 
at least no one with another fulltime job).
