Hi Paul,

I just spent some more time testing this, and everything looks great -- 
it works exactly as expected. I did notice two minor issues:

* After saving and then reloading a session, all inputs reset to the 
enabled state (I don't know if that's a bug or just a "not yet implemented")
* A cosmetic issue: mousing over the "MIDI socket" button when it's 
enabled turns it grey, which makes it look disabled even before you've 
actually clicked on it
