http://www.openmovieeditor.org/ should work with JACK transport.

Might work, if Qtractor is JACK transport master and you don't need NI's 
Play Instrument. Dunno what will happen when using loop play.
I guess using wineasio would cause to much jitter, even if it should be 
able to use VSTs this way.
