Yeah, I kinda figured that. That's why I was looking for ways to go around the problem, like building an *ardour XML file from a script instead of doing the import.

Hmm, that's interesting. Is there a way to turn auto-save off? Or maybe comment it out of the source? If so, I'll try that, and see if it helps.
