[Ardour-Users] Blender foundation as example for Ardour

Hi,

Blender is GPL 3D software and in many ways comparable to the Ardour 
project. I've heard from others they're doing a pretty good job to 
support Blender and gather financial resources. They do it with the 
Blender fundation:

They are also giving some courses for example:

And they have a e-shop:

etc. etc.


Maybe some Ardour devs could contact those guys and share some 
experiences and tips.
