[Ardour-Users] Could this solve Ardour's financial headache?

I just want to make sure im understanding this right.  We would have 2
options:

1) get a stable version for free
2) pay $35 to have access to an unstable version

Am I missing anything?  Of course option 1 still allows us to give the
free-will
donation via Paypal, but at least we're paying for a stable version.
