[Ardour-Users] Ardour FLOSS Manual em Português

Actually, the tech reference is being rewritten however and will
hopefully soon be ready for initial translations as well so I won't
complain about people that want to help with that;)

And yes the FLOSS Manual is different from the reference manual.
