Expand that sidebar area at the right of Edit window.  Select the
"Tracks/Busses" tab.  Drag and drop the tracks within that list.
That'll work for you, but it doesn't work for Mac native users.  (I
think the mixer window has something similar, but I hardly ever use
that window.)
