i'd appreciate it if you could try the latest commit, 3323. this now
switches to "press & hold ctrl-Fn for 1 second" to save a view; "press
and release ctrl-Fn" to goto a view. do *not* use the menus. remember to
remove ~/.ardour2/ardour.bindings first.

yes, i am still working on a design to handle this issue. it may be as
simple as "Show all" in a menu somewhere, not sure yet.
