[Ardour-Users] Hydrogen/Ardour sync problem

I had this problem a while back, and sure enough updating to the later JACK
solved the problem, but I was wondering would the option when right clicking
the track of alignment to capture time or existing material make the
adjustment needed?  If not, then can someone explain what this is actually
for?
