again, as mentioned on ardour-dev, playlists are not tracks. tracks are
like tape recorders/players; playlists are the tapes they record
to/playback. regions are components of a playlist. if a region's name is
preceded by a "*" it means that the underlying source file has a
different sample rate than ardour is currently running at.
