I havent used Rosegarden in a while, but ive been using Muse instead.  

It should be the same though:  on the Ardour track, click the input -> edit

and you should be able to select the outputs from Rosegarden.  I pipe music

around quite a bit like this (zynaddsub, muse, qsynth, etc).  All within Ardour.

is there any way to connect rosegarden and ardour?
I mean redirecting/routing a midi track output from rosegarden to an ardour track?

I tried using timidity + qjackctl with no success.
Any one can help or point me to web resource?
