[Ardour-Users] Play button fails me - transport doesn't start

Will recording work the same way - no response, no error?
Would this also cause the Editor Mixer meters to show no activity when I'm
talking into the mike?
I will check the connections again - does anyone know what I should be
looking for in freebob with a FIREPOD?
