[Ardour-Users] crash while opening project

Hi All,

I have an Ardour project with several tracks of audio.  All has been going
well until today when I was working on it.  Ardour crashed while recording
and now Ardour will not open the file.  It just crashes on the "Please wait
while Ardour loads your session" screen.
Can someone point me in the right direction to solving this problem and
being able to open the file again?
Is there a log file I can look at to diagnose the problem?
