There are a number of quite reasonable reverb plugins - in no particular
order and not exhaustive:

Gverb in Steve Harris' plugins set http://plugin.org.uk/download.php
g2verb  in the REV- plugins suite http://www.kokkinizita.net/linuxaudio/downloads/index.html 
Freeverb 3 in the CMT- plugins http://www.ladspa.org/cmt/plugins.html
TAP reverb in the TAP- plugins http://tap-plugins.sourceforge.net/

There are also some quite awesome, but less "natural" "plate reverbs" about.

There is at the very least a pitch shifter in the SWH and TAP plugins
sets, but having never used them I can't really say much about them.
